1. Agreement to Terms

  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Athlete Studio's website;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. AI Technology & Content Disclaimer

AI-Generated Content: Our services utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate text, images, and other content ("Generative Content"). AI models can hallucinate, make errors, or produce inaccurate information. You acknowledge that:

  • Generative Content may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
  • You evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any Generative Content.
  • We do not guarantee that the AI will always produce the desired or expected output.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Not Medical Advice: Athlete Studio is for entertainment purposes only. The visualizations, stats, and AI-generated advice or commentary are not medical or training advice. Do not rely on this service for medical diagnosis, treatment, or injury prevention. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any diet or exercise program.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Athlete Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Athlete Studio's website.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athlete Studio's total liability to you for any claims arising out of these terms or our services shall be limited to the amount you paid us to use the services in the previous 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Athlete Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your generation/sharing of content.

7. Strava Integration & Data Policy

Our service integrates with the Strava API. By using our service, you also agree to be bound by the Strava Terms of Service.

Data Minimization: We do not store, archive, or retain your Strava activity history, GPS maps, or performance metrics in our database. We access this data in real-time solely to generate the requested visualizations. We may temporarily process and store limited data on your device (e.g., during an active session) and may cache generated outputs; such caches are designed not to include retrievable raw Strava activity payloads.

User Photos: If you choose to upload photos for "AI Remix" identity preservation, these are used to fulfill your request and may be temporarily stored on your device during the session. We do not use your photos to train public AI models or for any purpose other than producing your specific requested image.

8. Class Action Waiver

Where permitted under applicable law, you and Athlete Studio agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
